Yeah, yeah, I got curious and upgraded to Win 8, so this is my own fault. Of course, now my Samba USB drive in my RT-N66U is sometimes seen by the Win 8 PC and sometimes it isn't. This is a known bug with Win 8, which I only realized after searching with Google.
There is registry hack to fix the general issue with Samba and Win 8, but I was just wondering if anyone had seen a different approach other than messing with the registry and changing the computer's domain. My IP cams are all sad, because they have no network drive to write to.
