RT-AC68U Regions?

Hi all,
I have recently purchased an ASUS RT-AC68U through ebay and did not realise it was shipping from China!

Is there anything I need to worry about region wise having bought the kit from China as I can't get my MacBook Pro to connect to the 5Ghz band, but my iPhone 5 does.
