DLNA server does not show up

Just joined this forum and this is my first post

Recently installed Merlin Firmware:3.0.0.4.374.39 on my Asus RT-N66U

Have 2 HDD's hooked up to it
1TB - NTFS : Labelled home1
3TB - EXT3 : Labelled media

Via normal network access I am able to access files on both disks
however with DLNA have the following problems

- No media server shows up ever
- Shows up at times but with only the 1TB disk content

Media server dir is set to : /tmp/mnt
Media server db dir is set to : /var/cache/minidlna

Media server status :keeps scanning for quite a while then goes to idle state

Merline DLNA status shows
http://192.168.2.1:8200/

MiniDLNA status

Audio files: 1739
Video files: 46
Image files: 5545

Any pointers on the steps to follow to get this sorted out would be much appreciated.
