Hi all,
I have an excel file that is editable and shared among all the co-workers in my office, and it's being hosted by my windows 7 64bit computer. Note excel supports the file being edited and updated by multiple users at the same time.
Now, we would like to host such excel file with a NAS instead, using windows 7 network mapped drive. We also hope to download the excel file when we are not in the office with internet browser or ftp.
Can I do that pretty much with any NAS on the market? Reliability is the only important factor. We prefer using the NAS enclosure with a SSD.
Any suggestion on which brand/model NAS enclosure we should get? I can get a discontinued D-link DNS-320 for 65 bucks.
Thanks!
Dan
