Small office router?

I keep reading about the Edgemax router but its availability is far off, and config doesn't seem too easy.

I need a router that's not too pricey and works for a small office. Wifi is unimportant as it will be switched off, and replaced with a Unifi AP system on the floor. Its function will be as a router only.

I am thinking to get an ASUS Black Diamond router as it will suffice my needs for this, and it's easily available and configurable. Any thoughts? I don't need VPN, IPSEC, etc. Just a simple router :)
