Best WIFI NIC to use for RT-N66U ?

Hi all,

In today's growing 802.11AC market, what's the best WIFI NIC to use for these new crop of routers below? I am running Windows 7 and 8.

I see that Higgins seems to prefer the ASUS PCE-66U AC1750 PCIe adapter. Is this the best NIC in terms of speed and latency? And is there another version of this which is USB or PCMCIA?
